Moon Sister collects personal information including your name, gender, birth information, email address, and place of your birth and residence if you require our services to be shipped to you. This information is used to calculate your accurate Astrological Chart and Report.
We gather information that is required to fulfil our paid services though our on-line portal. This personal is maintained in strict confidence. As stated earlier, we guarantee confidentiality of our customers’ identity, birth details and the readings made possible under legal regulatory and security environment. Moon Sister further guarantees that no direct or indirect use will be made by Moon Sister about any information that is revealed in the readings for a customer, except for the explicit purpose of communicating the Astrological charts and tarot reading back to the customer.

Our Services are restricted to individuals age 18 and above, however Astrological Charts and reports can be generated for under 18 years by the customer who is over 18. None of our Services are designed or intended to be attractive to use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF OUR SERVICE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. If you learn that your child under 18 has provided us with personal information without your consent,
please contact us. We will delete that data from our systems.
