The Paid Services are referred to collectively in these Terms of Conditions as the “Services.” In consideration for the Paid Services.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your debit/credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Purchases are made as a one-time payment. Pricing is displayed prior to making any payment and with your authorization, once a purchase has been made a receipt will be sent to your email address provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product or service, error in your order or any reasons. You expressly agree that Moon Sister cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or any unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
We DO NOT collect any payment information on our portals. It is collected and processed in a secured manner by third party payment gateways namely PayPal.com
. We follow reasonable industry standards, technical measures, and procedural measures to protect against unauthorized access and use of your supplied information. However, you should know that neither we nor any other portal can fully eliminate all the risks.
Other than the guidance and advice you receive directly from your licensed Provider, the educational, graphics, research sources and other incidental information on the Site, the Content, should not be considered medical advice. 1. Refunds cannot be issued on the order of any reports under any circumstances, once it reaches the “processing” stage. Customers are requested to order carefully and with full consideration.
2. If you wish to cancel an order, please e-mail moon-sister@outlook.com within 1 hour from making the payment.
3. The timelines displayed on the site are approximate. We try to adhere to them to a large extent. However, as these reports are individual and manually generated, some delays are possible. We will try on a best case to deliver as soon as possible. Delays will not be considered as biases for refunds.
4. We do not consider refunds for in-correct data provided by the customer. However, if you email us at moon-sister@outlook.com within an hour of ordering the report, we will consider the changes to be made.

5. Any damage caused to the product while in transit, will be dealt with by Moon Sister and its agencies.
6. The products and services offered by Moon Sister are not meant to replace any philosophical, emotional, or medical treatment. It is offered here as a service. Moon Sister holds no responsibility or liability about the reality or reliability of the astrological effects on the human physiology. On order, the customer assumes full responsibility upon this matter. Thus, no refunds will be issued on this ground.
7. While Moon Sister tries to make sure that the products displayed on the website are delivered to the customer in an as-is condition, the picture may differ slightly from the original product. The customers are advised to exercise discretion in this matter. No refunds will be issued on this bias.
8. Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a singular order
Your right to use our Services is personal to You. You represent that You are an individual and that You are not a corporation or other business entity.
You agree not to resell or make any commercial use of the Services. You are solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through our online portal. Your use of the Services is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws, and regulations. You agree:

You agree not to transmit through Moon Sister any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature.
You further agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems are prohibited.
You are under an obligation to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you notice any abuse or misuse of the Site or anything which is in violation of this Agreement, you shall forthwith report such violation to Moon Sister by writing to Lisa Peters at Moon-Sister@outlook.com.
On receipt of such complaint, Moon Sister may investigate such complaint responsible for such violation abuse or misuse
Moon Sister reserves the right to withdraw its services to any customer who is found to be unreasonable or abusive
While Moon Sister will make every effort to resolve any such situation, in case this, the said customer will not be permitted to transact on the platform.
1. The services are provided “As-Is” and with all faults. Moon Sister assumes no responsibility for availability (or lack thereof), timeliness (or lack thereof), deletions, mis deliveries, or failures to store any customers communications or personalization settings.
2. Use of the services is at your sole risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.
3. The services are provided for entertainment purposes only and Moon Sister, on behalf of itself and its suppliers, disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and it makes no warranty or representation regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of content or services, the accuracy or reliability of any content obtained through the Services, any goods or services purchased or obtained through Moon Sister or any transactions entered into through Moon Sister site, and makes no warranty that the services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. 4. The services may consist of the following, without limitation: Astrological content, Reports, Tarot readings, live telephone/video consultations, email consultations or products sold through Moon Sister Shop.
Please note that this “Services” strictly limits our liability and Moon Sister does not provide warranties for the service. The “Services” also limits your remedies.
Moon Sister make no warranty that:(i) the service will meet your requirements
(ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
(iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable
(iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations and
(v) any errors in the software will be corrected. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
Limitation on liability: you expressly understand and agree that Moon Sister shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if moon sister.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
(i) the use or the inability to use the service
(ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received, or transactions entered into through or from the service

(iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service or
(v) any other matter relating to the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Moon Sister. and its licensee against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney fees), resulting from or arising out a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these terms.
Your violation of the Privacy Policy or these Terms of Service, or Your violation of any third party’s rights, including without limitation, infringement by You or any other user of Your account of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
We have no control over nor do we guarantee any actions that you may decide to take as a result of using Moon Sister site and services and by using them you agree that you will not hold us responsible for any damage arising as a result of actions taken by Customers in response to Services such as (i) readings and interpretations and advice provided by the tarot reader and Astrological report. (ii) the truth or accuracy of content, information and Services such as readings and interpretations and advice provided by the reader.
You acknowledge that the Content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or distributed via email, commercially produced information presented to the customer by Moon Sister, its suppliers, and/or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You are not permitted to copy, use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works from the Content unless expressly authorized by Moon Sister, its suppliers, or advertisers. Moreover, the content such as images, text, designs, etc. on all the portals of Moon Sister are taken from various online portals such as Google Images. Moon Sister is not liable for any copyrights of that content or data.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules in the UK Law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the rules in the UK Law, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the UK in order to protect the rights of such party pending the completion of any arbitration hereunder, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK without giving effect to any choice of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different state. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of suchunenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law, and the remainder of the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, as applicable, will continue in full force and effect.

Any claim in relation to this agreement or in connection therewith shall be filed with the opposite party within 24 months from the date when the claim first could be filed. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the services you further agree that the disputed matter will be governed by the laws of the UK. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts o the UK.

None of our Services are designed or intended to be attractive to use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF OUR SERVICE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. If you learn that your child under 18 has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us. We will delete that data from our systems.
